Meet Bryan McCann, Colliers Senior Vice President, an attorney, and the co-host of the Did It Close? podcast. An eager, energetic leader, Bryan has spent the last decade at the forefront of the region’s CRE industry, spearheading multi-million dollar deals with a dedicated team of professionals.
Bryan’s tenacity and attention to detail comes from 11 years in the FBI, where he frequently specialized in counterterrorism and counterintelligence while sifting through data to identify potential international threats.
Outside of CRE and podcasting, you’ll likely catch Bryan on a long-distance run with his family or traveling somewhere through the US or Europe.

Meet David Dirkschneider, a Colliers Executive Vice President, a Massimo Group CRE Coach, and the co-host of the Did It Close? podcast. With more than two decades of experience in multi-family real estate investments, David’s strategic leadership has helped him consistently rise through the ranks as a valued real estate professional.
David has always been passionate about improving the world around him—which led to a seven-year stint in the U.S. Marines. Today, David serves as a board member for the Mental Health Association of Oklahoma and the Neighborhood Organization, as well as a Unit Commander for the Young Marines.
If he’s not working, podcasting, or volunteering, you’ll likely find David exploring the outdoors with his family.
